Florida Weather 3/21/2018

While Florida experiences a cooler and drier air mass behind a frontal boundary that produced severe weather across the peninsula yesterday the next in a series of intense extratropical cyclones to hit the eastern U.S. forms off of the Virginia coastline.  The two ‘holes’ in the clouds mark the location of center of the surface low pressure as it intensifies.  Heavy snow will occur in regions hit by the prior storms.
