Florida satellite imagery over Florida shows the deep flow of tropical moisture has shifted westward to over the panhandle region.  Surface ridge axis has shifted to the north.   as seen by the low-level cumulus clouds over the ocean.  In addition to the activity over the panhandle southerly flow will generate a majority of the afternoon thunderstorm activity over interior sections of the peninsula.  All activity will travel south to north while upper level anvil clouds travel north to south.
