Satellite imagery over Florida shows pockets of Saharan dust beginning to thin out over the region.  Surface ridge axis can be seen from the low-level clouds over the eastern Gulf of Mexico.  Upper level winds are from east to west as seen from the small thunderstorm cluster over the Bahamas.
