Satellite imagery over Florida shows the surface ridge axis moving northward towards central Florida.  Drier air originating from the Bahamas is moving towards the east coast of Florida which will decrease the overall coverage of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon.  Deepest moisture and greatest areal coverage will be over northern Florida.
